This is a site of 7 individually designed houses in West Linton, 20 miles south of Edinburgh. The houses are of timberframe construction and were designed specifically for this site.
The site was built in 7 months and was completely sold out in September 2005. It was funded as a joint venture with equity partners.

Willowbrae was one of the first sites acquired and developed by an early incarnation of the Seaforth team, a joint venture with Cruden Group under the banner of Osprey Estates.
It is made up of 37 flats to the east of Edinburgh
Crudens acted as co-funders and main contractors and delivered the completed site with a
minimum of fuss and delay.

This was the refurbishment of 5 listed tenement blocks in the centre of Edinburgh on one of the busiest streets in the capital.
2 stories of former book store were converted into 71 bedsits with kitchen units and ensuite bathroom pods providing high quality accommodation for postgraduate and mature students, as well as visiting University staff.

A second joint venture with Crudens under the Osprey banner, Davidson's Mains
has 18 flats in a quiet residential area of Edinburgh.
Using cedar wood finishes, the development has been designed to soften its impact on the local environment and to contribute to the local amenity.

A development of student flats with 60 beds, Ratcliffe Terrace is the third development which Seaforth has been involved with in the student residences market.
Situated halfway between the two main Edinburgh University Campuses, the accommodation provides 59 students with a bedroom study with wash hand basin in 10 separate flats with shared dining and lounge areas.
