Seaforth Properties have been associated with quality house building and property development for 30 years. The management team has experience of professional consultancies and major housebuilders on their CVs. Now, in their own right, the Seaforth team have been involved in building and property developments totalling 247 units with a total sales value of £36million.

Seaforth's sites include 18 flats at Davidsons Mains, 71 student flats in the centre of town and, a new development, 50 houses in the East Neuk town of Crail. In the Scottish Borders, an exclusive development of 7 houses was recently completed at West Linton.

Project Director

John has 30 years experience in the property from running his own architects' practice to acting as project manager for major UK housebuilders. John now sources and manages the sites which Seaforth develops.

He is supported by a small team who assist in the project of management of the sites once under way.

Finance Director

Colin spent some time working with the CALA group before setting up his own company assisting and participating in the growth of small companies.

He now handles the financial aspects of Seaforth from equity and banking through to financial reporting.

He has a team providing the detailed back up and analysis
